Online payments for permits are available through Point & Pay. Point & Pay charges a 2 ½% convenience fee with a minimum of $2. All major credit cards are accepted: Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Visa Debit payments charge a flat fee of $3.95, and electronic check payments charge a flat fee of $2.
